1. General

Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they’re friendly to strangers and always on a leash.

Yes! There will be several options, including:

  • Smoking BBQ Food Truck
  • Pittnik (breakfast, ready-to-eat meals, wood-fired pizza)
  • Queues de Castor Food Truck
  • Crème & Boule Food Truck
  • Café Hubert St-Jean
  • À L’Abordage Microbrewery
  • CNCB Bar (cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, etc.)

Other names may well be added to the list, so stay tuned!

Yes! There will even be several free activities (see the full schedule) for them on Saturday and Sunday.

Just because we’re not racing doesn’t mean we’ll be bored at base camp!

Absolutely! We have several positions available, and depending on the number of volunteer hours you contribute, you’ll be eligible for a variety of exclusive perks!

2. Camping

Absolutely. Just keep in mind that our no-frills rate of $35 plus tax is per person and covers the entire duration of the event.

There is no maximum length limit for RVs or trailers; however, those that take up a lot of space may be directed to a different section of the main campground on the site.

Even if you arrive in a Boeing 747 converted into a “planelife,” we’ll still try to accommodate you.

Yes, there will be accessible restrooms and showers within walking distance of the campsites.

However, please note that there are only two showers for all campers, so we suggest you be very patient or self-sufficient—and bring a good deodorant!

No. To ensure a pleasant environment for all Gravelooziens, the use of generators is prohibited at all times during the event.

No. Campsites will be assigned by our on-site team on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you really want to be next to your friends, make sure you line up one after the other in the campers’ entry line!

3. Cycling & running races

The participant guide (or race information) is usually sent out the week before the event. All registered participants will receive the information directly in their email inbox.

There will be a separate guide for runners and another for cyclists.

 

The GPS file for the route will be sent to participants only during the week leading up to the event, via the participant guide.

Yes, this is possible, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

To transfer a ticket:

  1. Log in here using the same email address you used to register.
  2. Go to the “Tickets” tab (if you don’t see this tab, it means no tickets are associated with this email address).
  3. Click on “Transfer my ticket” and enter the contact information of the person to whom you wish to transfer the ticket. Please note that our system does not handle payment for your transfer; you must arrange this with the buyer.

Our bike route is known for being fairly fast-paced; it’s the perfect warm-up to start the season!

Our (not-so) in-house experts confirm that for the average cyclist, a tire width of 35 mm or more is suitable for the route.

For insurance reasons, strollers are not permitted on the course.

We recommend leaving children at the base camp to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
