Non-refund policy
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their order carefully before submitting it. This includes all ticket types.
No tickets will be refunded in the event of rain or bad weather. We ask participants to bring appropriate clothing for the weather, as the event will take place rain or shine.
Ticket transfer policy
Transferring your ticket to another person is possible until June 1st 2025. To transfer your ticket, you must log in to this platform using the email used to register to the event.
After June 1st 2026, ticket transfers or distance changes will no longer be possible.
Your name must appear in our system in order to register for the event.
